I Am Not a Witch

It has been a wild and wacky election season in the US this year. Thank god it's almost over. Among some of the wildest and wackiest we have had...

  • A candidate who opened her first election TV commercial with the statement, "I am not a witch."

  • A candidate who boasted, "I made money the old-fashioned way. I inherited it."

  • A candidate who likes to dress up in a Nazi SS uniform at weekends for fun.

  • A candidate who challenged his opponent to explain, "When is it ever a good idea to tie a woman up and ask her to kneel before a false idol, your god, which you call Aqua Buddha?"

  • A female candidate who owns a 47-foot powerboat called Sexy Bitch.

What, you expected us to focus on boring stuff like health care, education, and campaign finance reform?

Doing that turns political campaigns into the most boring programming on TV. In California, we try to lead by example. This year, we're going green.

Our next governor could well be a recycled one.

Is Aqua Buddha a relative of Aqua Velva?

Oh well, it could have been worse. The American people did have the common sense to reject the "sexy bitch" and the "not-a-witch." The dude who inherited all the money lost too, and so did the weirdo whose kink is dressing up in Nazi uniforms.

However the good people of Kentucky decided that they do want as their US Senator that nice fellow who tied up a woman and made her kneel and worship his god, Aqua Buddha.

God bless America!
