And a Happy, deranged, Easter to you too, Tillerman! The worst part of this disturbing little offering is not that Little Bunny Foo Foo is a disobedient murderer of field mice but rather now I've the Little Bunny Foo Foo jingle stuck firmly in my head!

It is a rather catchy little jingle isn't it? Does it have the same tune as something else (that should be) more familiar? Happy deranged Easter to you George too, and to all my other deranged readers.

And happy Easter to everyone!

It's cool. Diaristwoman ( choir member) helped me out of this pickle shortly before we shoved off for church: if one has an annoying song stuck in their head the antidote is to hum "the girl from Ipanema" and the annoying song will vanish. However there is a great caveat to this strategy--one should NEVER sing the actual words of "the girl from Ipanema" for if one does then that song will replace the annoying one in one's mind and take up permanent residence. From that predicament, there is NO KNOWN CURE.

I have a similar problem in my household. I have learned that I must never, ever allow Tillerwoman to hear anyone singing "Guantanamera." Once she has that stuck in her head, she will sing phrases of it out loud, at random, in the most unexpected situations, for about the next six months.

Caution, lyrics in two languages are present so perhaps not for impressionable ears.

I'm sure Sweet Bluesette will dig it (some cats just know).

My wife has been singing this to my child since he was born... I've always thought she was the disturbed person who made it up.
