Stella!!! Holy crap, how did they get so big? At first, I thought Emily was playing flag football, until I realized her hair tie was keeping her shirt from tripping her.

And Father is definitely your son.

Can they swim? Time to get 'em in boats.

One of my blog readers (I forget who) originally called my grandchildren the Tiller Extensions. But I agree with Bridget. It is a good name.

Emily was playing soccer on Saturday morning so Tillerwoman (also a name given by a reader) and I drove over from RI to MA to watch her game. Her two little brothers, Aidan and Owen, weren't all that interested in watching the game so I amused them by running around and playing crazy games with them, while Mum watched the soccer and Dad shot lots of photos of his kids. And it looks as if Isabel in CT was out enjoying the Spring sunshine too, having a beer with her Dad.

George - none of the tiller extensions can swim without floats yet. But the three eldest are off to Florida this week and are planning on spending a lot of time in the pool.

Ah, a different type of tiller extensions to the ones I wrote about in my latest post

LOL Beachcomber. I think you are on to something with that new wonder material.
